Fire & Ice Concessions is a family owned and operated business. It was started by Nathan Vandewarker, as seen on the left, about five years ago. Nathan graduated from UCLA with a degree in business and minor in accounting and has over ten years fair/event related experience. His father, Terry, while in semi-retirement started a propane service company with his brother which is also a seasonal business. So in the warmer months the family spends more of their time doing concessions, and in cooler months we are more heavily involved in the propane business.

The concession/propane combination may not be the most 'glamorous' of business pursuits, but we love interacting with people and enjoy the satisfaction of successfully managing big events. We feel that we have found a way to differentiate ourselves and carve out a niche in what is perhaps an over-saturated cart market. We feel that our superior equipment and presentation, coupled with our professional management give us a strong place in the market.

We are based on the west coast, but are willing to travel at great lengths if we feel your event would be a good fit. We are not looking to do an event every weekend, but we are looking to build relationships with managers who take their craft as seriously as we do. We want to do our best, for the best.
